首創之「椰汁雙黃白蓮蓉月餅」，選材由「寸三蓮」湖南湘潭蓮子自煮成之蓮蓉，配以椰汁及精選鹹蛋黃焗製，皮薄餡滑，蓮味清甜，蛋黃油潤，椰香惹味。「伍仁金腿」採取雲南宣威腿及頂級伍仁作餡料，甘香煙靭，傳統中帶時尚。迷你酥皮奶黃月餅甜而不膩，以香濃的奶黃蛋餡配合鬆化酥皮。仿皮禮盒包裝爲顯赫體面人士之首選。訂購客戶包括私人銀行、保險公司、世界化妝名牌、地產、貿易公司、飲食界和酒店。

Established in 1950, Wah Lai Yuen remains an iconic brand in Hong Kong for its use of premium ingredients and local production. We are well known for infusing fresh coconut milk into our double-yolk mooncakes, which have a luscious texture whilst retaining a refreshing flavor.

On the savoury end, our ham and nuts mooncakes incorporate five types of nuts and dried ham from the Yunnan region, paired with a buttery flaky crust.
